Who is a big winner?
"Jeopardy!" contestant Jamie Ding came out on top to earn his 21st straight win on Friday night's episode, bringing his total winnings so far to $609,000.
"It's amazing. It's wild," Ding said in a post-game chat. "Maybe winning 10 games was a fluke, but having two 10-game flukes, that seems ... that would be really, really fluky. So, yeah, it feels great."
Ding's latest win has now moved him up to the No. 6 spot for most consecutive wins, according to the game show, tying him with 2022 contestant Cris Pannullo. He is also now No. 6 on the list of highest winnings from regular-season play.
Ding, a self-described "bureaucrat and law student," has been on a hot streak, wowing "Jeopardy!" audiences for three weeks with his wide-ranging responses.
He came from behind in the April 8th episode, winning the Final Jeopardy! round to secure his earnings for a 19th day in a row. In a post-game chat, he called the close game "stressful."
During the April 7th episode, when host Ken Jennings presented the clue, "Wearing her Cloud or Mod Vanilla might make you popular -- you're gonna be pop-u-lar," Ding chimed in, "Who is Ariana Grande?", correctly identifying the pop star and actress by her perfumes.
Aside from his game show chops, Ding also revealed in an earlier "Jeopardy!" episode that he and his sister run the @attorneygeneraltsos Instagram account, which is devoted to reviewing the classic Chinese-American dish General Tso's chicken.
Fans can stream "Jeopardy!" episodes the next day after air on Hulu.
Disney is the parent company of Hulu, ABC News and "Good Morning America."
