Streaming giant Netflix and Meghan Markle's lifestyle brand As Ever have announced the end of their partnership.
The brand, which launched nearly one year ago in collaboration with Netflix, shared a statement with ABC News on Friday revealing the end of the union.
"As ever is grateful for Netflix's partnership through launch and our first year," the statement read. "We have experienced meaningful and rapid growth and As ever is now ready to stand on its own. We have an exciting year ahead and can't wait to share more."
Netflix also shared a statement with ABC News on the end of the partnership, saying the decoupling was "always intended."
"Meghan's passion for elevating everyday moments in beautiful yet simple ways inspired the creation of the As ever brand, and we are glad to have played a role in bringing that vision to life," the streamer said.
It continued, "As it was always intended, Meghan will continue growing the brand and take it into its next chapter independently, and we look forward to celebrating how she continues to bring joy to households around the world."
The As Ever website describes the brand as "a love language."
"Created by Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, As ever welcomes you to a collection of products, each inspired by her long-lasting love of cooking, entertaining, and hostessing with ease."
The website continues, "This curated collection has been crafted to elevate your everyday and inspire moments of joy."
In a letter on the website, Meghan writes, "As ever, for me, is an extension of how I love. Through thoughtful gestures and small details, I hope this collection brings you as much joy as it does for those I hold close."
The Duchess of Sussex launched the brand with Netflix last year, following the debut of her Netflix lifestyle series "With Love, Meghan."
The show "reimagines the genre of lifestyle programming, blending practical how-to's and candid conversation with friends, new and old," according to a press release.
