Prince William and Kate Middleton are getting into the Halloween spirit with a special family photo.

The Prince and Princess of Wales marked the holiday on Saturday by sharing a throwback photo of their youngest son, Prince Louis, in what appears to be the couple's first Halloween-themed social media post.

"Happy Halloween! 🎃," the royal couple captioned the photo. "Prince Louis, aged 1, photographed by The Princess of Wales," the caption continued.

In the sweet snapshot, Louis, now 8, is seen crouching down in front of a large pumpkin, appearing ready to pick it up.

William and Kate are also parents to Prince George, 13, and Princess Charlotte, 11.

Earlier in October, Kate and Charlotte were spotted enjoying a mother-daughter outing in London, where they traveled alongside other commuters on the city's Underground subway system.

The pair rode the Elizabeth line, named in honor of the late Queen Elizabeth II, and were photographed exiting at Tottenham Court Road in central London.

In September, George reached a major milestone of his own when he began boarding school at Eton College, the prestigious school also attended by his father.

William and Kate accompanied their eldest son on his first day at the school, which is located near the family's home in Windsor.
