Heidi Klum has once again gone all out for Halloween.
The model transformed into a giant, bloody severed hand for her 25th annual Halloween party in New York City on Saturday.
The elaborate costume featured long red nails, dangling tendons and ligaments, with only Klum's eyes and mouth visible.
Ahead of the Halloween weekend, Klum teased her fans via Instagram to share a sneak peek of her costume, writing, "What’s my costume?🤪One week to go…. 🔎👻🎃🧛🏻♀️😱🩸🦇🕸️"
